Why don't people just by skim milk? Or better yet, how about parents say no to their kids when they want 5 glasses of chocolate milk a day?

It's not the FDA's responsibility to treat obesity. It's the parents.

And that would suck, my daughter is allergic to that shit. One sugar free jello and she gets the shits for days :cry:

Aspartame is proven to actually change the DNA in our bodies. No thanks. We don't purchase anything with it in the label. f**king f**ks.

No. That shit is toxic. That is what is killing my mother. She drinks a million things of diet coke a day and because of the addictive qualities of that shit she won't just drop it.

so does my dad, everyday, all day, for the past 20 years... and he wonders why he always feels like shit but the doctors can't find anything wrong with him.

My kid won't even drink chocolate milk. Or any flavored milk for that matter. I give it to her and she spits it everywhere and runs to me, begging for milk. She even points to it at the story and says "that's yucky!"

My fear is, if they don't have to label it, how long until it makes its way into all milk?

I'm waiting for something to happen to my husband. All he drinks is diet shit. He drinks about 2-3 cans of diet coke a day. I've mentioned all the studies and facts on what it does and he doesn't care. It reminds me of smokers. They smoked before they knew it was bad, and when everyone started getting cancer most of them just ignored it like it couldn't happen to them, cuz they've been doing it forever. I don't know how to make him stop drinking them. He says he needs the caffeine, they have freakin 46g in one can!

My old best friends mom used to drink a 24 pack of cans every day or two.. She would drink that in place of pretty much everything. She got really sick and went to the hospital then they had to transfer her to another hospital- her stomach was so curroded she was shitting out of her mouth. *gag* I didn't know that was possible until them. Directly caused by diet pop she had to get a good portion of her intestines removed. Never hear about that though.

Neither do I. They are trying to kill us all and get us all addicted to all of their foods and pills.

You know, the studies have actually proven it's not better than real sugar. It's foreign to our bodies and we don't know how to digest it. We actually release more glucose trying to digest it than if we had of just drank a regular sugar soda. So I'm not sure how that's going to help obesity, unless those studies are wrong :?

They all have their own agendas. And most people don't care, they figure if it's on the shelf it must be okay.
