Tomorrow is my first ultrasound and I'm terrified we won't see a heartbeat or that we'll see an empty sac or something. With this pregnancy SO and my mom (the only ones who know) have been so optimistic because I'm constantly throwing up and just feeling like pure shit which was how my pregnancy with DD was but I can't help but worry its another miscarriage. I never had morning sickness with my miscarriages but maybe I'm going to have a missed miscarriage? Fuck I hate thinking so negative I just want tomorrow to come.

You need to think positive.

It's absolutely remarkable how thinking can affect our moods, our bodies, and our lives. Instead of worrying you won't see a heart beat tell yourself "I WILL see a healthy growing baby."

Just repeat it over and over and don't let yourself doubt it.

I'll try hard to think positive tonight, DD was my 3rd pregnancy and at that point I was like "whatever will be, will be" and didn't really stress it and she was my only healthy pregnancy..so I agree it probably does affect alot. Gahhh tomorrow needs to hurry lol.

think positive, like your mom said if your having symptoms than baby should be fine. but don't be disappointed if you don't hear a heartbeat it might be to early.

We have an ultrasound before we see the doctor, we definitely have to see a heartbeat if everything's going right because I know my dates, I always feel when I ovulate and I felt the implantation and stuff so I'm definitely 8 weeks. Fingers crossed we see a flicker and a blob with nubs on that screen! :)

This is so how I felt when I went for my first ultrasound! Sounds crazy but I prepared for bad news just in case! Try not to make yourself crazy tho! Everything will be fine!!! Good luck! :)

Thank you! Everything went great but now I'm like...I should wait til the 12 week ultrasound to let myself get excited! It's a feeling that comes with having experienced losses I guess.
