Has anyone done a Whole 30? I'd love to hear your experience with it if so! :) I'm on day 6 of my first one and loving it!

i see the paleo ... i don't know what whole 30 is, but if it's 30 days of eating paleo, you'll LOVE it.

Whole 30 is really strict Paleo for 30 days, basically. No dairy whatsoever, no sugar/sweeteners in any form (even honey or agave or stevia), no white potatoes, and no carageenan, sulfties or MSG. Do you eat mostly Paleo?

I've been trying to go paleo for what feels like forever. I've got heart issues and lost a lot of weight so i've had to keep up on a lot dairy though, and trying to heal my teeth i need dairy and animal products (so at least that bit 'fits' with paleo).

I'm a grain addict though and i haven't had the physical or mental strength to kick the habit permanently. I can go 5 yrs not indulging in addiction and still have cravings and slip back. blah.

Grains really suck like that. I've been a carb addict most of my life & I'm done with it. I'm sick of feeling bloated after every meal only to be hungry 2 hours later. I decided to jump straight in from a "normal" American diet to this Whole 30 to hopefully kick the habit for good. I'm planning on staying pretty strict with my eating after this but adding in some dairy and a once or twice a month treat :) I'm eating like a queen & don't feel a bit deprived so far. And I feel a million times better!

That seems really intense. I'm happy with my juicing and my gluten-freeness.
