Your baby will take all the nutrients it needs from your body, it might leave you lacking some nutrients, but not your baby.

I had severe HG with both of my pregnancies that DIDN'T end in miscarriage. I lost 25 lbs the first trimester w/ my 2nd child. Couldn't eat a damn thing and spent a week in the hospital.

I lost a pregnancy to miscarriage and in that pregnancy I didn't have any morning sickness at all (it lasted 8 weeks)

This!
I had bad dysphagia and I went about 3 weeks without eating in March; I lost over 21lbs. My baby is fine, the baby is even growing a couple days a head of my due date. Your baby will take everything it needs from you.

Your doctor can give you zofran to help ease morning sickness. Especially if you can't hold down water

For your morning sickness you if you don't mind medicine Zofran is amazing. You can get them in dis solvable tablets. If you prefer not to use medicine salt and lemons and salt and vinegar chips work. Something about the acid is supposed to help I lived off them in the first trimester with my first. Also took Zofran when nothing else helped. It reduced the morning sickness without making me tired like phenergan does. Hope this helps!
