I like Imogen a lot. Cassandra is nice too but I really don't like the spelling you chose. As far as Rogue goes, I do not like it at all. The word has a negative meaning and it is the kind of name that, when employers are trying to sift through 300 resumes, won't make a favorable impression.

Oh, I see she already knows her name and is a few years old...I'd leave it then and consider it a lesson learned! If she'd rather have a more conventional name when she's older she can always go by Imogen.

I never thought about the job thing, but something that your parents do in early years shouldn't be able to affect her employment. When Danny goes to get a tattoo, she and I go with him, and she seems to be soothed by the buzzing of the needles, so maybe she will get into tattooing one day and then her name would work in her favor there.

I think its fine.

Even if its not something you love, its hers now. Its a snapshot of who you were as a couple when she was born and that was the building block for the family that you became.

No regrets.

I'd switch the order:

Imogen Rogue.

But it could affect her future when she's an adult.

I think leaving it up to her is the best decision. I do horribly regret being so young and stupid, but, it is a part of her now and she can change it if she wants.

I adore Imogen. If this baby were a girl, there was a good chance her name would have been Imogene.

I think her first name is more than a bit strange and might cause problems later.

I agree with this totally.

And I wouldnt be concerned with her future at all, with all the fucked up names out there who knows what employers will think in 15+ years, nevermind half of human resources will have fucked up names and grew up with a bunch of kids with fucked up names.....no one names there kids Sarah, Bobby or Susan anymore.

Yeah but why would you not care that your kids are thrown in the group with the "messed up names". There are tons of waaay different names that are legit, all these crazies are unnecessary.

OP: I don't think it's too crazy, but if you can I'd switch the order. Imogen Rogue isn't bad.

My kids have pretty normal names.

OP has ALREADY named her child....3 years ago. She admitted she made a stupid teenage decision, but you dont just go renaming your child, thats silly

Maximus James is awesome. I didn't say she should change it to something completely different, just said she could switch the order.

Why not? If she regrets it that much she has that choice.
