Okay. I had some red highlights put in about a month ago. They used prevana. Well it's all almost completely gone and I'm wanting to redo them but don't want to pay that much for them again. Can I put manic panic on top of the highlights? They've been bleached so its pretty much just bleach blonde highlights on top of black...which looks awful.

Yes and use heat for it to last longer and be more vibrant.

You have pretty eyes! The red suites you! It is def annoyingly expensive and hard to keep up though
