I felt so bad for LO last night. We decided to go out to see some friends who lived a little over an hour away from us and because we were running late I was in a rush to get out the door.
I got her blanket, her sippy filled, and diapers in case we were out there late enough for the girls to go to sleep.
Well my dumb ass grabs everything and leaves her sippy sitting on the table
We didn't even realize it until we got to our friends house. So at that point it was, drive for 30 mins to go try and find somewhere that sold the same type of sippy or drive all the way home to get her specific sippy.
Well we tried to give her one of my friends kids sippys but she wouldn't take it. We tried wrapping her in her blanket but without her sippy she just couldn't deal.
So being in a new place, being tired, and not having her sippy she had a COMPLETE meltdown :(
I'm talking, hyperventilating, turning purple in the face, shaking, and just completely inconsolable. :(
So eventually we gave up on making her happy and made the trek back home where she screamed herself to sleep :( It was terrible.
Now it's today and it's her second birthday and she's just completely out of it. She has done nothing but lat on me wrapped up in her blanket and holding her sippy other than a little earlier when she got up to eat, but then just came right back to lay on me.
My poor bean I can't wait to have the doctors evaluate her.

Thanks guys. :(
I can't believe how attached she's gotten to her sippy and blanket. I wish I had some money so I could just take her out somewhere. Oh well we shall find some way of entertaining her.

There's always pinterest, you can find something fun to do at home :D

My son is so attached to his blanket and he's 4, he's been like this since he was a baby...he will not sleep without it. He screams if he doesn't have it at bedtime.
