Someone please motivate me to start the 30DS again ! I'm planning on alternating between the levels,since I've already done it twice & am starting to get bored.Like,level 1,day 1,level 2,day 2,& level 3 on day 3 & just keep going like that,so my muscles don't have time to get used to the moves.I think I'm also going to start wearing my tummy belt (the kind you wear over your shirt that helps your body sweat faster) Does this sound good ?

Exercising is easier when you find something you like doing. So get off your booty and go do something! :)
