If you think he's ready then go for it. We tried baby food first, he didn't like it. So we went to puffs and then to table food (baby led feeding)

Like 4 months? Maybe closer to 5 but she got them early and loved them! I was really worried so I broke them up for the longest time but she didnt need it after like 6 months.

She's almost one and still hasn't had them. She gains weight quickly, and I didn't see the nutritional value in those.

Ya it's good for learning to self feed and use motor skills, and chew food.

DS has been doing it since he was 4 months and he's 5 months now so I gonna get some I guess :)
