If mfp says I should eat 1200 calories. Then I burn 1700. How many should I actually eat?

What are you doing? Riding a bike for 20 hours a day?

1300 not 1700. I work my but off. From what I read with my weight the ru. I took earlier burned over 700. I add breastfeesing so that's 300. That's 1000 alone. Plus I do alot of workingout through out the day.

You should be eating your 1200 PLUS however much you burn.

So if you burn 1700 in one day you need to eat 2900 calories.

To burn 700 calories. Running you'd need to run without stopping and at a high pace for 2-3 hours. And that's NOT healthy and terrible for your liver and will cause muscle deterioration.

heavy exercise can release lactic acid in your breast milk and end up giving it a sour acidic taste. Why not just do moderate exercise & eat less?

You need to seriously research before doing ridiculous workouts that do more harm than good.

Seriously wtf are people being told where they believe that extensive amounts of cardio are the key to weigh loss?

I just like to run. I was walking but the music got me so pumped.
I had to set an alarm today to make sure I left in an hour. Lol.

Your liver has 20 mins worth if glycogen to sustain a run. After that, your body feeds off of its own muscle to sustain the rest of your cardio.

I think I've seen you say that before, but I am so confused by it. I thought working out for 30 minutes was a good thing?
or is it just 20 minutes of cardio and then 10-15 minutes of weight training?
