Were they dissolving stitches? And the itching is a normal part of healing. Are you using the water bottle when you pee so it doesn't hurt so much and that can of spray stuff?

Hi I was told to bathe in lavender oil (6 drops) and a cup of milk in the water and that was supposed to help, but I found salt in the bath to be most effective and it doesn't sting. Itching is normal and sadly so is the pain, I was sore more a week later than after the birth. Your midwife will check it anyway. But it will get better in a week or so.

Quoting ♥lavender!♥:" How do I know if any of my stitches came out and where do I go to get checked if they do? They didn't ... [snip!] ... Me and DH both looked to see if there was anything wrong but it just looked like a line and couldn't see any stitches at all."

call your doctor in the morning. They likely put in dissolving stitches.. and the itching is probably healing. Soak multiple times a day in a warm bath, bath salts can be helpful as well.
