I'm trying to figure out a name for one of my characters. He is a stuck-up wealthy older teenager, ivy league bond. He is cold, and heartless. He is pale with black hair, and is super lanky.

Is that not the point of giving characters a suitable name? I mean if you don't pick what is expected then you will never find that name that is the "perfect fit".
