It went pretty well but they have me scheduled for almost double the amount of hours we discussed in the interview for the next few weeks :? I dont want to be a pain in the ass bitching about hours but Im going to have to if they keep scheduling me for this much because I really cant work as much as they want me. But I liked everything else about it!

Did your manager have you fill out an availability sheet? They have to have one on file for you so if you didnt do it today you will soon and make sure you put what was discussed. It could just be to get your training in and done with but if its to much and not what you agreed to let them know. That position is made to be a part time position.

<blockquote><b>Quoting ♥Love♥:</b>" I put open availability on my application, is that what you mean? What do I do if we do the sheet and ... [snip!] ... I put my foot down and say no and insist on what we originally said? or would that risk my job? I kind of feel like it would :("</blockquote>

No there is a seperate form you'll have to fill out and they keep spares in a binder so you can always keep them updated. It shouldn't risk your job and if you talked about it during the interview they shouldn't be surprised.

It has a chart of Sunday through sat and you just put what hrs you are available each day.
