Forgot to add that before you start cooking you add chicken broth! Just enough to come like halfway up the breasts....Makes it really juicy....Once you shred em there will still be juice in the pot but I like it on my tacos :)

Chicken caesar sliders! Cook the chicken with a 2 cups of water for 4 hours or until done. Drain the water, shred the chicken, season with garlic salt and pepper. and put it back in the crock pot with enough caesar dressing to make it pretty moist. Add a handful of parm. cheese and lemon juice if you have it. Put it on hamburger buns with Romaine lettuce. Sometimes if I have time I put in a bit of egg and bacon

They are so so good and take literally 5 minutes. Lazy dinner is awesome:P I forgot to add put it all back in for about 30 min. or until heated

Chicken breast cooked in there with water and taco seasoning, then I shred it up and use it for chicken tacos and it's all juicy and easily shredded.



Or chicken and dumplings but you said no cream of chicken. But I'm suggesting it anyway because it's yummyyyy.
