Not to change the subject off of OP, but do you find that the cocktail helps with his Aspergers at all? My son's ADHD is pretty well managed with his Concerta and it definitely tines down the ODD, but we are taking him to be screened for Aspergers soon and I'm not sure if they can try anything else to help him with those issues.

Maybe since he's also got ADHD they should try stimulants instead since they can be used to treat both.

the cocktail of meds his behavior therapy have improved his Aspergers symptoms by 75%. .....it is amazing. He is a happy, healthy boy now, instead of an irritated, confused, emotional wreck. The meds have toned down his sensory issues and his compulsions to a bearable level.

Gabriel was started out on a 1mg dose and it was increased all the way up to 4mg which is rewlly high especially for a child. Working in pharmacy I see grown adults on .5mg doses

That's wonderful! Hopefully after Friday I can get DS on track to getting meds for that too. Seeing him improve with his ADHD meds has been terrific, if he could just get the rest of this manageable I think he'd be a lot happier. I felt so bad because last year after going to two birthday parties and having episodes at both he wasn't invited to another one that year or this year :( . He finally got an invitation to one next week and is so excited. I hate that he's excluded a lot and has such a hard time making friends.
