Quoting Jennybananna:" Im not saying his words were correct but if you are simply just looking at then excluding larger sizes ... [snip!] ... horrible but he has every right to run his business as he wants and if that included excluding a group of people so be it. "

The problem wasn't really with the fact that they don't carry anything above large, it's more with the fact that the CEO's a giant douchenozzle. I couldn't give two shits if a store only carried small and extra small. That's their prerogative. But there are much, MUCH better ways to go about discussing it than asshat did.

14 is considered plus size and I said usually not all.

Yes that I agree with. Not that he really needed to say it you can tell by their marketing and just the store as a whole what was going on.

i dont get what is wrong with what he is saying.

ok so they dont hire ugly people. a lot of major stores (like victoria secret, mac, sephora) will only hire around here if you are a really good looking person.

:!:

There are a lot of shops here like that. Plus size and tiny size. Most of the shops that are dedicated to a certain size only have those sized people working there. They are right when they say those types attract each other, which is true they do. I'm in between plus size and average sized. I was drawn to this one plus size shop (crossroads) when I saw the women working there I noticed the nice knitwear in one of the racks after going in.

I honestly see nothing wrong with it. But its how everything works.

A lot of plus size models are a size 12-14. Sadly yes 14/16 is considered a plus size these days.
