When moving into someone else's place, you'd think the person would know better to clean up after them selves and not use/what isn't theirs, right? Well, not this guy...eating our food, not cleaning up after himself,DIRTY room, and when I say dirty I mean food containers every where, trash on the floor. It's disgusting. The other day I was in the bathroom with my son while he was taking a bath,I closed the curtains because I had to pee, well I lifted the toilet cover up and there was shit on the seat!!!! Guess who had to clean it? Me,after he used the bathroom he took off,I was very disgusted by it,mad too. It was made very clear to him to not eat our food ( after we caught him doing so ) and to clean up the messes he makes, which so far he hasn't done,me being OCD,it pisses me off. Would you have given him the boot by now? One chance was given to him after he was caught eating our food, now,we only ask for $425 a month so he has more than enough money to buy his stuff, and yet again he ate a thing or two of our food, food we bought, used the pots and pans ( which really isnt a problem ) and left them dirty, has taken only one shower since he's been here ( I'm a stay at home mom ) ,is just is dirty person all around. I can't take anymore of this!! We keep the house clean, pets and kids is understandable when a mess is made, but we're as clean as we can possibly be. Sorry for the long post,it ended up being a vent as well, but what would you do?

Kick his ass out! It's common knowledge to clean up after yourself and not eat food that doesn't belong to you...when living with someone else. He just sounds lazy and disrespectful.

I'd kick him out. That's disgusting. Anyways, yall already gave him one chance after he ate yall's food, and he did it again.

Are you sure it wasn't your kid who got poo on the seat? My LO has done that, while trying to stand up to wipe instead of wiping while still sitting. That I could see happening. I can't imagine how an adult gets poo anywhere other than inside the toilet, though.
Anyway, I'd still kick him out. It sounds miserable to be living with him either way. You can find a much more respectable roommate, if you need the money.

I would tell him to clean his shit off the seat.He is not 5 and you are not his mother. Then i would boot his dirty ass out.Common courtesy. When i lived with other people i made sure to clean after myself.sometimes i make a mistake and left blood on the toilet seat but i always check and clean it no excuse.

The shit stain on the seat was bigger than my sons butt, and when he does go potty I put his potty seat on it first.

It happens! My DH has had a stomach virus and literally BLOWN out the damn toilet seat. I lifted it the next day and called him in to clean his shit off.

And old people do it all the time. My mom worked at a catholic convent with a lot of really old nuns. They would literally shit as they were walking, shake it out of their panties, and walk on. When I was a home health aide, I cleaned a lot of shit off of my clients toilets. Hahah.

I don't believe this, because this guy you speak of, he lives at my house...

My brother is about the same (not as dirty) but thankfully, I have no problem telling him what to do, and he does it, so we get along pretty well.. I'd kick him out if talking to him didn't clear up the problems it's time to go!

after using your razor and shitting on you toilet seat, I say boot him. that is just plain unsanitary plus with his leaving food and dishes all over in his room....its liable to attract unwanted "guests" ---mice, rats, roaches...etc
