He's going to have a Helluva time, considering your Husband is the Father, in the eyes of the Law. He will have to get a Lawyer and pay a lot fo money to get it taken care of if he wants to pursue it.

That's what I had figured thank god he's broke as f**k. He's really a p***e o* s**t I can't believe I had a baby with. Sorry about my language. But if he were to get custody or anything how would that work with us being so far away? Like I said the baby is only 4 1/2 months

I had gone down to the courthouse after we had split before he kicked me out and they said no matter what if he took the baby with out my permission it's considered kidnapping

Right. I'm so clueless in this whole thing really though I hate being in the dark about stuff especially when the law is involved you know
