So DH comes in from just just a bit ago, he took his shoes off as soon as he got home. Sitting on the other end of the couch from me, i can still smell his feet! ugh! so i told him, dude, you stink. lol

i think if you're close enough with someone, you owe it to them. (not sure how else to word it). like i don't consider it rude, do you? (obviously it can be worded more tactfully. lol)

in a way it could be taken as a rude remark, but your just being honest.

I don't think its rude to tell him his feet stink, but I am not sure what you mean about owing someone. Do you mean he owes it to you to not have his smelly feet by you, or you owe it to him to let him know hes smelly?

Not rude if you worded it better. But it also depends on their personality. I told SO about his dragon morning breath one time... he was pissed off for awhile about that.

No, I'll tell SO to get into the shower he smells so bad.

I mean.. I'd expect the same, lol.

But, we get rude.

I'll just be like "dude, your f**king breath smells SOOO bad"
Most of the time he will say something like "I know, babe, just for you"

eh, he laughed. we can jokingly say stuff like that. just wondering if we're the only ones who say stuff like that just because we're thinking it. sometimes i'll just tell him he needs a bath and he's just "yeah..."

My DH warns me and tells me his feet stinks and I would tell him to go shower cause I smell it. Nothing crazy. I'm used to it. He's comfortable, I'm comfortable.

I always say "babe your feet smell ripe. You must have worked extra hard today." With a fake ass smile. He laughs and says "I know, they smell like ass." Every time! It's not rude.

I do the same thing to my dh lol. Sometimes he'll go to kiss me and have nasty dog breath... I'll just let him know.

Well, I have never thought of it but way but no, I don't think its rude. My husbands balls smell all the damn time, he showers but those things are just funk magnets and I let him know almost daily since it appears that he has somehow become immune to the stank. I don't want to have to smell them so I tell him, hey your balls are funky, go wash that shit.

we've been like that for so long and idk how it happened, it just did. i see so many say their not comfortable with this or that with their SO/DH but i can't remember if we ever were like that. lol
