I stopped drinking soda, we keep very limited sweets in the house, got healthier snacks, walk everyday for at least a mile, Zumba once or twice a week, and breastfeeding. Oh and I eat smaller portions but more often. I'm almost 8 months PP and I'm 15 lbs under what I was when I got pregnant (was 184, got up to 222, down to 169). So really I don't do a lot lol but its seemed to work.

Oh I totally cheat on the soda thing lol we just don't keep it in the house. I have like one a week, if that. And I love Zumba. I have it for the Kinect. Its basically just energetic dancing, but I tell you what after 20 minutes I feel sore in places I didn't know you could get sore.

It's Gold's Gym. I was actually a little scared to go at first, because I always think the "buff" people hit the gym, but it wasn't bad at all. Everyone has been SO nice and helpful, even the other members. I've seen people all shapes and sizes, I actually felt really comfortable.
