I had the same issue with my second child... never with my first. But he would choke at every feeding because it would spray, also I would let down at random times! lol. It was uncomfortable. I just kept nursing pads in my bra, I never pumped except while I was engorged. It stopped on its own. I dont even leak anymore. I think your milk is still adjusting.

It's driving me crazy and I let down simultaneously.. I know I didn't do that with my first.
I do remember it took about a month for my milk to regulate, well where I wasn't engorged. I'm not engorged anyone I just feel like a leaky, or spraying faucet lol
I don't like pumping this time, plus my son refuses to take my nipple if I've pumped, but I do hand express when It begins to stream and I have a bottle near, otherwise I push my nipple in until the pinching goes away.
I'm having a lot of the same issues my ds turns 1mo tomorrow. I let down at random times and almost every time I feed on one breast, the other will start leaking. It drives me insane because I get all wet and sticky. This never happened with my other kids. What gives!?
That happens to us at every feeding, what I do is just take her off the boob when it starts happening and catch the milk in a burp cloth or in a bottle until it slows down and then put her back on, that seems to be helping. With the random let downs I just push my hand firmly against my nipple when I feel a letdown coming on and also just always wear breastpads. DD Is 6 weeks now and it's finally starting to get a LITTLE better with all the constant spraying and leaking.
I had this issue with DD. She would suck until I got a letdown and then let go because it was spraying too hard and it would literally spray everywhere. WIC gave me some pointers like elevating my breast while I nursed to expressing some before I nursed nothing helped. Eventually it just slowed down.
