You're fine mama! Let loose and have a drink or 2... just wait 24 hours before you BF again.

Aww it's ok! Don't feel bad, he's still getting what he needs. I saw your other post yesterday, happy birthday! Go have a few drinks and relax!

I've actually never ever heard that before and I'm fairly sure thats not how it works...

Anyways, OP, have fun! Its fine, baby may be #1 but you come in a close second!

Don't feel bad! I bf both my kids and my pedi told me if I'm safe to drive I'm safe to nurse. You need to be able to relax once in a while.

I had one and nursed right after with no issues.

More than one i either waited til he was in bed for the night or gave him milk if pre-pumped.

I have had a couple drinks since DD was born. I nursed her while drinking a mango martini while out for my birthday last week. The pediatrician and my ob both said it was okay. Alcohol leaves your breastmilk the same way it leaves your blood stream if you feel sober your milk is sober.
