About 15 minutes ago I got extremely dizzy. I was driving and had to pull over and let my husband drive because it was so bad. I'm also nauseous. I'm not dehydrated or hungry.

Just very very dizzy. Ideas ladies? I'm pretty worried.

Possible I guess. I don't have a way to check it though.

I'm due a few days before you, and I had this happen last week. My BP was a bit high. I called my OB and he just told me it's normal to have dizzy spells in pregnancy but if it gets worse or if it isn't relieved with rest, to be seen.

He basically just told me to drink a tall glass of water, lay on my left side and relax for a good hour... and then take the rest of the day SUPER easy.

Honestly, I thought he was bananas because I was so concerned... but sure enough, with rest it went away and it has been about a week and it hasn't come back.

Blood pressure spike or drop. Maybe baby is pinching a nerve or possibly low sugar levels.

I've been laying down and still nothing. I still feel like shit. I'm not close enough to go see my doctor (I'm about an hour from home) so should I just wait it out? Or go to an ER and get checked?

Have something sweet and some water and take a nice, long nap. If you wake up feeling the same, it would probably be wise just to go to the ER to get checked out. They can make sure it's nothing serious. I would assume it may just be your blood pressure, but you never know.
