I really don't know because my LO who was EBF pooped at LEAST 5x a day from birth until he was about 10 months old. At that point he went down to pooping just twice a day. Haha!

7-10 days can be considered perfectly normal.

my EBF son will sometimes go a week or so without pooping. the doc said that is perfectly normal due to the fact that their body can use nearly everything that is in breast milk

this is incorrect. my dr told me not to worry until after 10 days. if passed ten days consult the doctor i've had Tahlyiah go 6 days w/o pooping

The longest my daughter went was a 5 day stretch, but I have a friend whose little boy went a week without pooping.

my lb used to go up to 6 times a day, then about 6 weeks in he started to go every 3-4 days. i used to worry but then was told as our milk is pure they take everything from it and there is no waste. they can go up to 10 days with no problems as long as they are still comfy doctors won't really do anything x

My weird child fell into a pattern by about 4 months. lol. He'd poop one day, then the next day, then 5 days later, then 7 days later and he would do that rotation... I could actually predict what day he would be pooping on...

I was just telling my mom today how my daughter hasn't gone in a number of days, i can't remember exactly when she went, and my mom looked at me like i had two heads! i don't worry about it though cause she doesn't seem uncomfortable or constipated, and she's always tooting at least lol
