I think you need to address it with your doctor.

I totally understand. I have actually been through this.

Are you pregnant? Could be your hormones.
Did you just have a baby? Could be PPD.
Are you tired/stressed?

How do you feel most of the time? Overwhelmed?

Not pregnant. DD is now 2.

I don't sleep well to begin with.. I don't know how to describe how I feel. It's frustrating to now I'm happy one minute to have it flip on me for no reason. The odd time there's trigger but in general, no trigger.

Why are you not sleeping well lately? Is there something that's not letting you sleep that you know of? Have you and your husband been fighting a lot? Is there something that might have triggered it?

Have you talked to your husband about?

I've never slept good  I'm a night owl but can rise early and go on little sleep. It's frustrating!

Things between him and I have been good.. So not sure what's going on.

Hmmmmmh, then I can't think of what could possibly be causing you to feel that way.

I am the same way. Just yesterday I went to sleep at 5:30 am had to wake up at 6:00 am and have not slept since then. I actually feel pretty great, don't feel like passing out yet.

I have things like that. But it's more a day-to-day thing. IE: I wake up in a great mood, have a good day for a week. Then the 8th day, I'll wake up barely able to drag myself out of bed, won't shower or get dressed or go anywhere and will likely burst into tears because the kettle took too long to boil for my tea.
It's inexplicable. My Dr. thinks it's part of my anxiety. Unfortunately, other meds I'm on for more critical medical issues would make for a bad combination with options of meds for that I could take. And I don't want to go through trying different meds over and over again. I've also been dealing with some issues from my past (in therapy) and thinking of that stuff makes me feel like shit about myself/my life.
There's no "sensible" (or logical) reason to feel like this, but it happens.
I'm here for you, always a text away <3
