I am almost 6mos PP. Ive lost about 20lbs, but the muscles in my stomach are still so.. loose, I guess? I think it just takes time. I also heard that if you stress those muscles too much, too soon, that it does more harm than good. Which I'm sure I have done.

I didn't  I didn't start a diet/exercise program till I was 3 months PP. Surely that was adequate time :?

I've always been a "big" girl but never been flabby. Like, I've always been solid. This hanging nasty bloated stomach is freaking me out.

DS is 6 months old. I've lost all the weight I gained, but my stomach is still terrible. :( I work out and target my stomach, but still haven't seen much change. Ugh so frustrating,
