I would blame it on the muscles for sure.
I have no say when it comes to "bouncing back" after a second child, but with my first it took close to a year to look like I wasn't pregnant anymore.

Spanx helped pull in my stomach. I still have some opportunity for improvement but after wearing one for a few weeks I see a difference.

I think about 5 months my tummy stopped looking really bad and now just looks kinda bad. I wear spandex to suck it all in, I heard it tricks your body to shrink back down? idk I'll let you know though lol I'm 6 months PP

But doesn't spankx make you spill out every where else?

Isn't it uncomfortable? I am spanx dumb, apparently

And I can see how binding works because I wore the PP support belt for about 4 weeks (day and night) and I looked better at 3 weeks PP than I do now at 4 months ::? I guess I stopped using it too soon?

you have diastasis recti (recuts abdominus muscles have split apart). look it up. avoid all traditional ab work outs and look up "tupler technique." crunches/sit ups make it 100x worse.
