Anywho...glad you are feeling a little bit better. Sometimes I just needed to cry and cry, even if I didn't know wtf I was crying about.

yea and thank you, maybe i need some dr seuss, i mean he is a dr right? and yea, im calm now, i feel dazed though, almost high. like im in shock or something, happens everytime after a breakdown. its the weirdest thing ever. :c

I get that, too. And during the breakdown, it's almost as if I'm going to black out or something. I'm totally not myself. And then I get that weird feeling afterwards, too.

yea i do black out most the time. :c it sucks. although im comforted to know im not the only one.
