I was feeling really down the last few days. Felt like my stomach looked really bloated, felt like my love handles were getting bigger instead of smaller...ect. I pulled out my picture from the beginning of my weight loss journey and took a new one yesterday. It made me feel a lot better haha. And I just wanted to share.

I started taking an appetite suppressant in the beginning of the year but didn't start noticing anything until I started exercising and eating healthy. I stopped taking them after about a month because I wasnt noticing anything anyways. I started exercising a lot. I run at least 10 miles a week and lift weights and do pilates. I eat almost everything fat free. I cut out everything to drink except water and the occasional alcoholic drink. I also make sure I get up early to eat breakfast because its the most important meal of the day and it helps boost your metabolism. I learned a trick because I was a constant eater. I guess our brains play tricks on us and make us think that we are hungry a lot when we really arent. We are just bored, sad, mad, ect. So what I do now when I think Im hungry is I chug a whole glass of water. If Im still hungry after the glass of water, then I really was hungry. If Im not, then it was just my brain playing tricks on me. It helps a lot.

Thats what Im doing. I mean, I still have HUGE thighs and a lot of lose skin lol. And its only gonna get worse now that DH and I are TTC. BUT, this pregnancy I will eat WAY better then I did with my daughter and I plan on continuing to exercise when Im pregnant. Im gonna start this exercising program this week. Its quick, cant say easy tho haha, but I know a lot of real life mamas that are doing it and have had GREAT results!
