Chicken marbella, yum! It's usually done with dark pieces but I do it with breasts as well. The sauce will make your whole house smell amaaaazing.

This recipe calls for cider vinegar but red wine vinegar is much, much better!

Chicken breasts, BBQ sauce, vinegar and some brown sugar. Low, for 4 hours, shred the chicken, then let it cook another 30 mins or so. Mmmm.



Instead of vinegar, you can use cherry coke but that was too sweet for my liking. And, I don't measure out how much, I just cover the chicken and let it cook.



I do the same with pork chops, but those have to cook a little longer. It's a bit more dry than chicken, so you have to add a little water.

Cheesy buffalo chicken. We've put it in like burritos, enchiladas, over rice or just by itself with some veggies. I'll see if I can find the link for you.

New favorite recipe! 2-3 chicken breasts, 2 cans of green enchilada sauce, 1 can of Rotel (I use the one with lime juice and cilantro) and a block of cream cheese. After shrrring the chicken put like 2 handfuls of shredded cheese. We made chimichangas with it and over rice. Its
