mac & cheese with scrabbled eggs in it?
No, it's not a weird pregnancy craving or something like that lol My dad used to make it for us when we were kids for breakfast...the left over mac & cheese from the night before and a couple eggs scrambled up...and BAM! Got a super yummy breakfast lol My dad wasn't much of a cook then...

Anyway! Apparently it's some Swiss food (can't remember the name of it) and my brother actually learned how to make it in culinary school lol Of course his didn't come out of a box...but that's not the point

I'm going to try this on my son and see if he'll eat eggs that way. I like mac n cheese with tuna in it. :)

Kinda, we put eggs in our homemade Mac and cheese as a binder but not like you're talking about. It sounds good though.

Yep, it's really good. All you have to do is cook some noodles, add a can of evaporated milk, shredded cheese and an egg or two. Mix it all together, put in baking dish, cover with cheese and bake for 30 minutes or so. You can also add a can of cheddar cheese soup to it instead of the evap milk and it gives it a different flavor. I'll have to try the eggs next time I make it. :)

My mom used to make it every once in awhile...it was amazing. I've never made it myself, so I'm hoping to find a super easy recipe to make it for him haha
