To see about my placenta previa and what they thought about my bleeding so much still. I'm showing signs of developing placenta acreta and have to go next week for an MRI to make sure. She said she is pretty sure sometime after I turn 24 weeks (2 weeks) I'll be in the hospital until I deliver. They are going to give him steroid shots before they deliver him and he will be born between 34 and 36 weeks if they don't have to take him before then. She said they won't let him stay in past 36 weeks. I may have to have my csection in Little Rock (about 3 hours from where I live) just depending on how things look at that time. Depending on if my placenta detaches like it's supposed to or not during my section, they may have to take out my uterus.

Now, about Toby. He is measuring great, and is still super active, which is awesome. But, there is a vessel in his brain that is measuring too big. She said sometimes this happens and nothing comes from it so it's pretty much a waiting game and keeping a close eye on it. If it continues to get bigger it could cause him to have seizures and learning disabilities. Normally, they would be concerned it was a chromosomal thing, but he doesn't show any other markers for it to be, so they aren't worried about that right now thank goodness.

Now the good part, ultrasound pictures :)

Well I'm glad they aren't worried about chromosomal issues. But so sorry to hear that you're having so many issues with the placenta. I hope you'll be watched closely which it sounds like you will be and I hope whenever they have to take your son, he'll be delivered safe and sound and healthy :)

Thank you! Yes, my doctor is making sure I'm being watched very well. I have him and a specialist looking after things now. I got back in less than a week for an MRI and then 4 weeks from now I go for another ultrasound to check the vessel in his brain.

Did they estimate his weight or anything?

One pound 4 ounces. A week and a half ago he was only 1 pound lol.

He just looks so big to me. I wish I would have gotten a pic of his whole body, but they were all blurry so she didn't print them out lol.

I'm sorry about your complications :( and I'm sure it'll be rough being in the hospital so long away from your other babies but what a tough little boy you have in that womb! He is such fighter! I hope everything go well for you and he's able to stay put.

Thank you. He seems to be doing great despite everything, which is fine by me. Right now they are focused on me until he is past the point of viability.

You aren't still at the hospital right now, right? I'm sorry you will be spending so much time there!

Thank you very much!

Yeah, thinking about that makes me want to cry some more, so I haven't thought about it much yet  I've never been away from my youngest over night, and today was the first time I was so far away from him. I was about 3 hours away the whole day :(

Nope, I'm home. We had to go to Little Rock today for the appointment and just got back a little before 8 (it's 835 now)

I actually have both lol. And DH has the same phone and his own laptop.

It won't be so hard if I'm at the hospital I planned to deliver at. It's only about 30-45 minutes away depending on traffic. But if they want me in Little Rock, I'll be 3 hours away the whole time.
