I dare you to take the cinnamon challenge, but the yummier version!

Cinnamon and sugar tortilla chips baked and added to vanilla ice cream (I said yummier version, not necessarily healthier version) ;)

So what are some of your favorite cinnamon recipes?

I have a ton of leftover tortillas and DH loves cinnamon. Maybe that recipe will convince him to go out and replace the cream cheese he finished off lol

Mmm, of course it's amazing...it's cinnamon and sugar!

One of the other things I was doing with these leftover tortillas was spreading a bit of butter then sprinkling the cinnamon and sugar and microwaving, but now I'm thinking maybe I can bake them so they aren't floppy

You could fry them in butter. That would be yummy lol.

You cut a tortilla in half then fry in some butter until slightly crispy. Then you take a can of the tropical fruit drained and fry it with cinnamon & brown sugar until its carmalized. Serve it on top of the tortilla with a dollop of whip cream

Its a dessert taco. The key is to use tropical fruit or even just bananas. Regular canned fruit (peached, pears ect) isn't the same
