I'm a new stay at home mom and I've been trying to get organized around the house and with life in general now that I'm not working 40+ hours a week.
Anyways, my latest task has been to make a list of meals for the week so I can do the grocery shopping once a week and go from there. My problem is...I'm rusty in the kitchen. When I worked I was a night shift girl 5-6 nights a week so I didn't cook dinner often. We ate out A LOT. :( But now that I'm home all the time I'm trying to get back in the swing of things.
Can I have some ideas? Nothing seafood please, but ANY recipes would be much appreciated. The most I've come up with is chili, fried pork chops and lasasgna. I suck. I'm surprised my daughter hasn't starved to death yet with my rigatoni dinners or grilled cheese lunches the last week.
Are you on pinterest? There are some amazing ideas and recipes on there.

I've gotten as far as making a Pinterest account but it confuses me still, lol. I've gotten a few cute ideas for a dinner or a Mother's Day present recently but I feel like I'm a lost cause. I've actually asked my friend to come over sometime to show me the ropes of Pinterest cuz everyone swears by that site!

Lol once you get it you will be good! I find it really helpful. I would bet there is a pinterest tutorial on youtube! You can search "Recipies" or "Easy Recipies" and then pin them to your wall and have it forever and go back to it easier.
