Red raspberry leaf tea isn't going to help you to not go overdue, although it is said to help during labor. It strengthens and tones your uterus, so each contraction you have will be more productive. I drank it 2-4 times a day from 27 weeks on, and it didn't seem to work for me- I was still in labor for 35 hours.
Starting at 35-36 weeks you can start taking evening primrose oil. Talk to your midwife about dosages, etc.

Do you want to labor naturally? If so, look into getting candles, scented oils, etc. Anything to calm you during labor. Look up hypnobirthing, and maybe look into getting a doula as well.

I walked a lot. Swam. Stayed active. Not sure if it actually helped with labor. I went into labor at 36 weeks. Was in labor for 8 hours.

I used to walk miles most days my feet are so sore nowadays, I wake up and they feel like they have weights on them :(

Swimming is good then because you feel weightless.

You're talking about EPO, not RRL tea. It won't send you into labor, either. Just prepares your cervix for when you do go into labor.

probably leave your abusive SO so that you and your baby stand a chance of surviving until you go into labor. if he threatens to batter you when you drink out of the orange juice bottle it's not unlikely that he'll hurt the baby when he doesn't know how to make her stop crying.

It's what she should be doing to prepare.

She's talking about her body not the situation with her SO. Brining things from other threads to cause drama is against the rules.

I'm not causing drama. He's physically attacked her. I don't see how that doesn't affect her body, but whatever.
