That has nothing to do with what she's asking. Shes asking about how to prepare for labor.

You can buy just the oil itself, or buy it in pill form. I started taking it at 35 weeks orally, and then 37 weeks vaginally. When I went into labor on my due date, my cervix was 100% effaced. I attribute that to the EPO.

It "prepares" your cervix for labor. It helps to soften the cervix, which can help you dilate easier and quicker when you go into labor.
