I know I have such a long ways to go before I have my baby, I'm only 6 weeks and 3 days, I'm due January 9, 2014 but I can't wait to hold and snuggle my little one. How did any of you moms handle this baby fever? Does time ever seem to speed up?

Congrats on your pregnancy! For me, my longest pregnancy was my first, subsequent ones go a lot faster because your other kids keep you busy, you don't have time to think about it. Just relax and try to enjoy it as much as you can.

Fist off, congratulations!! I've had baby fever but luckly me, it was just that a fever. I don't want any more babies. At least not right now.

My first pregnancy though, did feel like it went by super fast. I think I didn't have enough time to enjoy it.
