Quoting Allissa Specht:" IDK honestly. She seems proud that she feeds her 4 month old so much, and it seems like the whole family ... [snip!] ... her baby is formula fed, my baby is breastfed, my son was born big, her son was born at 6 lbs, and is now 17 lbs at 4 months."
My youngest was 18lbs at 3 months, BUT she was born 10lbs 10oz, her baby was only 6lbs, seems like a huge weight gain. :?

That's what I felt. I never really formula fed at that age, but 10 ounces every 2 hours seems like SOOO much. And if it's making the baby throw up then I'd say it is too much.

That's so sad, I wonder how many bottles he's drinking (or force fed!) through out the day. :(

She said they go through 12-14 bottles, 10 ounces each (I thought bottles only went up to 8 ounces!) and b***hes that they don't get enough on WIC
no cause she wont listen to what I have to say
I would say something. Shes feeding that child way too much and if shes gonna b***h then she oughtta do something to fix the problem that SHE IS CAUSING! my almost 9 month old (on Friday) only eats 7 oz bottles and only has 4-5 in 24 hours and that's with solid food (not baby food but actual table food). As for clothes size I wouldn't worry too much about what size clothes he is in (I had seen a post from someone, not sure if it was you or not) but all clothes are made differently, ive cleaned out my sons drawers and looked at some onsies that say 12 months and im just like yeah that wouldn't have fit at birth. Like my son is 9 months old, the bathing suit we just got him is a 12 month in the trunks and 18 month in the shirt (kaola brand at BRU). He's been able to fit 12 month pajamas from the dollar store since he was 4 months. In Carters hes a 6-9 months though in everything, so with clothing it just depends on the brand.

That's awful. When your child has a problem it's your job as their parent to try and fix it.

Sometimes babies are too big for their mom, like mine was, and end up in a weird position in your uterus, kind of squished. Having their neck tilted one way for so long causes problems with their muscles. So basically, like when you sleep funny and your neck hurts all day. It's like that but worse. They usually only turn their head to the left or right. Mine would only turn to the left and turning right was hard for him.
No I wouldn't. Not if they clearly know what they are doing. If it seems like they genuinely may not know then I'd say something politely, but if they've already decided that they don't care then nothing I say will change their mind.
