Anyone use a recipe that cooks it 6 hours?
just put the slow cooker on high and cross your fingers lol. if a recipe says low for 8 hours..then I think it would cook on high in 6.
Put it on high for he first few hours then switch to low? Or just make sure there is plenty of liquid & leave it on high all day.
There needs to be a medium setting on them. ;)
how many pounds? I would cut it into smaller pieces so it cooks faster and put it on high
put it on high, add a bit more sauce to combat faster evaporation and smaller meat cooks faster. Totally doable.

I saw one online about cooking one with a can of Root Beer.
Well I did a can of Mr Pibb, added a bit of brown sugar, added a little bit of water, seasoning salt and garlic salt to taste, and added some BBQ sauce. Now I have it on high for 6 hours.

I usually just put the pork loin in with some root beer on high for 6 hours. After 6 hours, drain it, shred it and add BBQ sauce.
