natural disaster movie?
as terrified as i am of bad weather i love natural disaster movies like volcano, twister, 2012, the day after tomorrow to name a few.



im looking for a couple new ones to watch any suggestions ?

The volcano ones... Uh, Dante's Peak? Is that the Pierce Brosnan one? Or the one with.... tommy lee jones?

I watched The Impossible not too long ago. It was good but also really intense (for me). I love disaster type movies too.

LOL! I am in the middle of watching The Day After Tomorrow with my 7 year old right now. I would say its a toss up between that one and 2012.

ETA I can't convey very well how amazing a story it is without spoiling it. But it is!

The divide was a fucked up movie. It wasn't really a natural disaster movie but it was about the world after a huge nuclear war. It was messsssed up!

I love stories about apocalyptic near futures too. Goes right along with disaster movies imo.
