What does your meal plan look like for this week? Ours is:

Chicken and veggie fajitas with salsa, greek yoghurt, tomato, lettuce, avocado and beans

Deep dish french bread pizzas (pepperoni, mushroom and onion for DH, olive, onion, mushroom and artichoke hearts for me) with salad

Sloppy joes with corn on the cob and onion rings

Creamy chicken stew with biscuits

Pasta w/salad

We don't really do weekly meal plans. But uhm, it looks something like

turkey spaghetti & garlic bread
mac&cheese and broccoli
DH will probably grill hot dogs/hamburgers one day

And I'm not sure what else yet, but now I'm hungry.

I did turkey spaghetti this past week and I wasn't a fan, I definitely think pork tastes better!

During hunting season I helped SO and his family process a ton of deer meat-- we did about 30lbs of venison and pork shoulder through the grinder and mixed it with dried oregano, basil, garlic, thyme, and rosemary and it makes the best spaghetti eeever

I want to start planning meals out like that. We tend to come up with something the day of. All your meals this week sound delicious, OP!

Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans
Chicken fried rice
Chef salad
Pineapple chicken with roasted carrots
Taco stuffed peppers (basically a taco salad in bell peppers)
We eat leftovers the other 2 nights of the week.

I try to make "1 pot" meals lol so I get veggies and everyone in one deal so I don't have to make a bunch of sides. Also easier to get LO to eat veggies!

We eat out every Saturday and do a family dinner with my in-laws who we (kind of) live with every Sunday.
