So I think my views of eating are rather skewed and I can't tell how much is enough for a day.
Breakfast was a bowl of Cheerios and milk. Lunch was green beans, five chicken tenders with peanut satay, and rice. Dinner was a small slice of watermelon, a banana, and two pieces of whole wheat toast spread with pumpkin maple butter.
It seems healthy but not a lot
Then again I eat a lot
Not a well balanced diet. I don't really understand what you're asking though.
That is NOT a lot. Add more veggies end and a snack in between. Get some nuts like almonds and snack on them.

Usually I eat a ton more veggies but today was grocery shopping day and none were here to eat, so I finished up the fruit before we went. Can't say we buy a lot of nuts, though.
