Which boy name? Faye's Mama 1 child; Springfield, MO, United States 4569 posts

Next week we find out if this baby is a boy or a girl. Our girl name we have picked out is Faye Amelia but we have no boy name.
I wanted to name the boy after my grandfather at first but dh's grandfather just passed and now I am wanting to name a boy after him.
His grandfather's name was Rong (pronounced like 'wrong' in English).
I was thinking maybe Sai Rong or naming the boy after both our grandfathers. (Mine is named Daniel)

FYI Rong is a Chinese name so that's why is appears weird to many Westerners.

If you live in america I wouldn"t use something too different. I would sai or daniel as a first.

In my language (Vietnamese) Rong means "Dragon" and Sai means "Wrong" !! :)) Well to me Daniel Rong sounds better than Rong Daniel or Sai Rong ... Hope you can pick the right name for your baby.

I am leaning towards Daniel Rong. Rong will just be his Chinese name.

That's be a mouthful considering we're hyphenating last names.

It all depends on what dh says. He wants to be the one to get final say, lol so I am letting him.
