Can anyone suggest any yummy recipes using ground turkey?
I only have 1 lb if that makes a difference.

Anything you'd use ground beef for. I like using it for tacos!

I like using it in spaghetti, instead of ground beef. Or making turkey meatballs with it.
You can also make turkey burgers, turkey tacos, etc!

I use it to make Tacos.
I also use it to make turkey burgers.. mix it with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and onion and grill!

I adore turkey burgers. So much tastier than beef burgers!

Tonight I'm making rodeo turkey burgers. Its like a Burger King rodeo burger, but with Turkey. It's flippin' delicious. You can add this to give the meat a little more flavor like a burger.

you could do ground turkey meatloaf...use package ground turkey, dried cranberries, chopped celery, sage, and one mashed sweet potato. use an egg and dome fresh bread crumbs (I used two slices of whole wheat bread) and bake at 375 for like 50 min. My fiance loved it. I didn't really love it but then we sliced up the left overs the next day and put them on sub rolls with cranberry sauce and and that was tasty

Idk how much you guys eat but a 1 lb meatloaf will be really small. My DH could probably eat a whole one by hinself.

I made a meatloaf with 1.3 lb (the amount that is in a standard package) and after I added in all the other ingredients I used it was actually surprisingly big! Now it was only my fiance and I eating it though, but we both had two huge pieces for dinner then left overs for two more lunches each! Which was surprising bc I know when we have a lb. of hamburger we eat that in one sitting haha

It's actually something like 1.25 lbs and DH works a 24 hr shift so he's not gonna be eating with us, just us girls.

In that case, yum! Our oven is broken and we only have a toaster oven so I've been doing burgers instead of meatloafs and it's just not the same. I also made a really good salisbury steak type thing from ground turkey if you want the recipe.
