Things for exercise I go bike riding and doing insanity.
Eating healthy-I like skinnytaste.com she has awesome recipes. Just eating clean and mindful eating. I workout with weights too! Hoping by the end of this I can be down 10-15 pounds!!
I am also on MFP add me if you like. knip1.
Starting weight 167 (will up date soon) -----goal weight 124.4
Chest: 39-----------goal 35
Waist: 40-----------goal 30
Hips: 40------------goal 32
Thigh: 21-----------goal 18
T.H.: 16.5---------goal 13 (overall end goal 8)

I am currently on day 4. I will be working out to Insanity Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday will be my rest days, as I have to work on those days. So I will make the program work for me.



May 22nd-Finished Insanity Pure Cardio. (was intense but fun!)
May 23rd- Plyometric cardio circuit (DONE)

May 24th- Cardio Power & resistance (DONE)
May 25th-Pure Cardio (DONE)
May 26th- Cardio circuit (DONE)
May 27th-cardio recovery (DONE)
May 28th- cardio power and resistance (LOST THE DVD. UGH!!!)
May 29th-plyometric cardio circuit (DONE)
May 30th-Pure cardio and cardio abs (DONE)
May 31st- Cardio Circuit (DONE)

June 1st Day off (DONE) *Walked for 8 hours at work...server*
June 2nd day off (DONE) *walked for 7 hours at work...server*
June 3rd-cardio power and resistance (lost DVD, so will do pure cardio & a bike ride (DONE)
June 4th-plyometric cardio circuit (DONE) Took the kids to the park and chased them around.
June 5TH-Cardio recovery (DONE)
June 6th-Pure Cardio & cardio abs
(DONE) Also worked for 4 hours non stop go-go-go as a server. :-)
June 7th-plyometric cardio circuit
June 8th and 9th-day off
June 10th-June 14th-core cardio and balance
June 15th and 16th-day off

Congrats! I start month 1 week 3 with my fit test tomorrow! I can't wait! Are you a beachbody coach?

I am super happy! I am finally losing weight with this. YEAH.
Oh and I found out that eating small meals through out the day is not good. It makes the body create insulin all day, and insulin is a fat storing hormone.
It may not be the case for some, but it is for me.

Also, when I was doing just cardio, I wasn't losing the weight. Now that I have added weight training the last 2 months, my weight has been going down. YAY.

That's great!! How much are you trying to lose? I'm 161 right now trying to get back down to 125-130.

right now I am 165. And will be back to 120 for sure next year. My first mini-goal is 140 by Christmas.
My pre-pre-pregnancy size is 124

Okay we're so alike! I'm PTing you Lol. Have you done any other of the beachbody programs? When I get done with Insanity I think I might to turbo fire or p90x.

I was thinking the same thing!! and then go on to another BB workout. And then every year just restart them all.

Yeah that's what I'm doing! I am going to buy Turbo Fire Friday and officially become a coach as well!! Yayyy! :) anyways lol I'm excited to finish insanity so I can't start TF! Are you on FB?
