It looks like the flower thing is on the baby and not the carseat. I'm pretty sure that would be allowed.

After market products around the head and neck. Not crash or safety tested. Etc. Possibly fatal and voids any warranty.

It looks like strap covers and a matching head rest thing.

The head rests didn't come with that seat. After market products have no been tested with that specific seat thus not safe. Why market something unsafe ESPECIALLY as a baby store?!

They're strap covers that also serve as a nifty head support for car naps. My toddler has them..that baby looks a little small for them though lol
