The tea? You don't HAVE to use anything. U can use it when u have the baby. I doubt it will do anything til your milk comes in sometime the first week.

The tea? You shouldn't drink that pregnant. I'm making a couple iced MMT batches before baby and lactation cookies. It helped me but I'm starting it right away! My mk supply is always low and I want to be a cow so I'm doin that and encapsulating my placenta

It's supposed to help your supply. It's herbs that increase milk supply. Fenugreek works too

Yeah pretty much cause most people make enough milk. I've never used it and don't need it.

I used it while I was working, after my first was born. It boosts your milk supply, if you use enough of it and stay hydrated. Totally unnecessary in most circumstances, but since I was mostly pumping (working 4 10s away from my baby), my supply began to drop. I know they make both tea and tablets, and both do the same thing (I used both). Since they both have fenugreek, it's not recommended to use during pregnancy, as it can be a uterine stimulant. It can be dangerous to use, even (and by some accounts, especially) during late pregnancy.

Yes! If your supply is good I wouldn't drink it unless you felt the need to. I've never had a good milk supply, so I'm determined to do whatever it takes! I'm hoping it helps with colostrum
