you should not be working out if you arent getting sleep. Sleep is when your body repairs itself from working out.....you are setting yourself up for disaster if you expend to much energy w/no rest.

I wouldn't really give up. If you just started and have been working out hard core you could be gaining muscle. I would just do some walking during the day so you don't lose your motivation.

True but tbh working out has been giving me more energy.. But you are right.. Maybe that's what feeling now but will eventually collapse

That's what I did today. Took the kids and walked around for a bit. I've been measuring as well to see if maybe that's different even though my weight remains the same but nope :(

Walking is a good alternative but eventually w/o proper sleep your muscle will start to breakdown , your body will start storing everything you eat as fat & your immune system will go bonkers.
Can u get a nap during the day?
