Anyone know how to make home made french fries with out them turning out half cooked and torn apart?

fresh cut in the oven?



make sure to oil them well. Shake the pan if flipping them is causing them to fall apart.



use a high heat and flip or move them often.

How high? I usually cook on 350 for everything

no, fries are usually 420

Will try my luck to cook these french fries today.. best way to enjoy weekend..
