OK heres the situation. My now 18yr. old daughter got a protective order against youngest baby daddy. Never proved paternity or anything he got threating and scary so she got the order now he has an attorney to file for paternity and I guess stop the protective order. Hes also threatened for full custody. We have PREVAIL on our side with that order also. Need legal council and how to proceed. There are several other scenarios and situations in this matter and I am positive he wont even get visitation. But we need help. Please Thanks.
All advice is helpful or even if someone an attorney on here could direct me to a local one or help what they can online. Unless local of course. Thanks
Angela

Get an attorney. That's the only thing you can do.

either ask around friends, or call and make appointments with attorneys for consultations.

FYI... retainer will typically be $3-5 K for a custody type issue.

He very likely will get visitation if he establishes paternity. Even drug addicts with a history of abuse get supervised visitation.
